Shake It Off Weight Loss Centers utilize Ideal Protein’s medically developed Ketogenic Weight Loss Protocol, which treats weight loss as healthcare and uses food as medicine.

Expert guidance from your very own personal coach keeps you motivated.  The huge variety of delicious Ideal Protein weight loss shakes, food and snacks, along with tons of other fresh, lean, healthy meals and snacks keep you satisfied on your journey to your new healthy weight and beyond.

No shots, no pills, no hormones. Our protocol offers dieters what they really want a structured plan that is broken down into 3 phases:

  • Phase 1 focuses on WEIGHT LOSS until 100% of your goal is met. You’ll adhere to the Ideal Protein meal plan, which induces a safe and natural state called ketosis, enabling your body to burn stored fats and achieve weight loss.
  • Phases 2 & 3 concentrate on STABILIZATION and MAINTENANCE. During Phase 2, you will gradually reintroduce carbohydrates and healthy fats to manage hunger, enhance energy levels, and satisfy cravings. Together with your coach, you’ll closely monitor your physical and emotional responses to establish enduring healthy habits. Phase 3 focuses on applying these habits to keep your weight stable within a 5-pound range over the course of 12 months. You’ll continue to have regular, though less frequent, check-ins with your coach to ensure you maintain your progress and prevent any weight regain.

With a background in hospitality services and working for over 25 years as a massage therapist and health coach, it was a natural choice to open Shake It Off Weight Loss Centers. I have been involved with Ideal Protein since 2009. I found the program via acquaintances because I was amazed by their results. At the time, as a nearly 300-pound woman, suffering from Type 2 Diabetes, high blood pressure and sleep apnea, plus having been overweight since early childhood, I had no idea what this program could (and did actually) do for me.
