Phase 1: Weight Loss
Kickstart your body’s fat-burning process.
In Phase 1, you’ll adhere strictly to the Ideal Protein meal plan, which limits carbohydrates, fats, and sugars. This induces ketosis, a safe and natural state where your body burns stored fats, leading to weight loss. Phase 1 includes:
- Three Ideal Protein meals daily
- Weekly one-on-one coaching sessions
- Continuous education
- Access to cooking and fitness videos
- Communication with your primary care provider (if applicable)
- Weekly progress reports
- And more!
You’ll stay in Phase 1 until you achieve your weight loss goal.
Phase 2: Stabilization
Reprogram your mind to build lifelong healthy habits.
After reaching your goal weight, Phase 2 helps prevent weight regain by gradually reintroducing carbs and healthy fats to manage hunger, boost energy, and satisfy cravings. You and your coach will monitor your body’s responses to determine your optimal maintenance plan. Phase 2 includes:
- Up to two meal replacements per day
- Weekly one-on-one coaching sessions
- Customized meal plans
- Communication with your primary care provider (if applicable)
- Weekly progress reports
- And more!
Phase 2 typically lasts 2-8 weeks.
Phase 3: Maintenance
Implement what you’ve learned to sustain your weight long-term.
In Phase 3, you establish rules to maintain your weight within a 5-pound range. This phase lasts 12 months, with less frequent check-ins with your coach. Expect to focus on:
- Making healthy food choices
- Establishing healthy eating patterns
- Adopting behavior changes
- Planning balanced meals
